Rescheduling at no cost is available up to 2 times with at least 48-hour notice, and once with 24-hour notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice do not entitle a refund; however, rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis. All sessions are live and interactive.

Yes! All multi-session packages (5+ sessions) include a certificate of completion. Corporate clients can request custom branded certificates.

For ready-available catalog training sessions, we can start as soon as mutually available dates are confirmed with payment. For customized sessions following a discovery call, delivery can begin as soon as 1-2 weeks depending upon the customization requirements and payment confirmation.

All training includes: live sessions, course materials, practice datasets, email support between sessions, and a certificate of completion. Corporate packages also include customized curriculum design, post-training support, and follow-up review and advisory sessions over virtual and email modes per contract agreement. Multiple personal packages include a complimentary coaching session.
